Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Valhalla Medics.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR Management, including developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration.
The Human Resources Generalist should have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams to deliver efficient and effective HR solutions.
This role will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the Managing Director of Valhalla Holdings, LLC.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and keeping track of documentation compliance Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Collaborating with departmental managers Lead staff meetings and planning touch bases Maintaining personnel records in compliance with NYS and federal regulations Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Assisting with the preparation of the performance review process Assist on routine task such as compensation, benefits, and leave Taking the lead in compliance work Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in Human Resources, or other related fields Experience in Project Management Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
