As a Clerical Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls - Assisting with Medicaid applications.
- Making initial and follow phone calls - Talking to family Members - Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Providing administrative support to other team members as needed - Proficiency in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities - Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
