We are seeking an energetic Customer Service professional to join our team! The Customer Service team should bring robust qualifications and a strong desire to contribute their knowledge and expertise to a meaningful program.
Customer Service Representative Job
Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems via our customer service software Avochato.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Successfully uses Pharmacy portal to provide customers with status updates as requested.
Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential therapies or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Helps clinical care team to confirm patient appointments as needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Processing refunds and escalating issues according to SOP.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
Ability to work with clinical technology to fulfill process and workflow needs Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and client care skills Experience with medical terminology (Prefered) Customer service experience 1 year (required) Basic computer knowledge and ability
